750. I wish this was a different cuvee speciale. Pours a hazy orange copper body with a thin white head, and a consistent bubbly stream. Fresh apples, honey, light woodiness. Ice cold apple skins, tart apples tones, and a dry tart finish. Hints of sulfates that i could have done without, overall nice.

Bottle 2.5%. Pours with a small white head over a slightly hazed golden body. Aroma is bubbly with sweet apple, dry cork and a touch of wood or earthy notes. Taste is sweet with raisins and apples, with a dry, appley finish. Very lively bubbles.

Very classy, thick flavor but not viscous. The apple essence spreads all over your mouth. Only problem is that it dries the hell out of your mouth. I had no idea it was so rare. Bottle from Total Wine Ft. Lauderdale.

Bottle from Total Wine. Pours a nice golden color. Aroma is sweet and crisp apples. Smells better than apple juice. Flavor is sweet and crisp and actually damn good. At 2.5% this one was a good refresher between beers and scotch at my friends place! Apple heaven.

750 mL bottle purchased at Total Wine in Roseville, CA. The aroma on this is absolutely wonderful. Extremely potent, aromatic. Has lots of sweet, cugary, apple aromas that are a bit reminiscent of apple juice. There are also some mineral notes present, too. Color is a nice, transparent golden body with a nice white head that is quite bubbly and long-lasting. Some really great legging is also there. Starts very sweet, sugary, with a ton of apple flavors. Becomes more musty, with some mineral-like flavors and some light flavors of pimento olives to finish. A nice smooth, oily mouthfeel is also present. Wow. This is an amazing cider.

The aroma is very sweet with apples, yeast, and dust. The appearance is pale gold with a small but sudsy head. The flavor is almost like apple juice without any alcohol but it is very tasty. The palate is thin. Overall it’s good stuff.

Buttery aroma of fresh apples. Slightly hazy golden color. Tastefully buttery flavor of sweet apples. The diacetyl works remarkable well here. Sweeter than expected, low ABV. Quite good.
