Bottled at RBESG 2010 Grand Tasting. A yellow beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of yeast as well as lighter notes of spices and malt. The flavor is sweet with ntoes of bread, yeast, and malt as well as a lighter note of spices, leading to a dry and spicy finish.

Bottled (bought@GBBF2010. Slightly hazy golden colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is spices, toffee, some mild grassyness and caramel malts. Flavour is quite similar in a quite sweet toffeeish way. Not that close to a traditional Belgian Tripel.

Bottle @ RBESG, Rome. Pours unclear yellow with a small creamy off white head. Nose is fruit, caramel and yeast. Matured and it has a weak oxidation. My guess is this is 3 years old?. Fruity and dry flavor with notes of hops and vague alcohol.

A gift from Alex Liberati
Hazy copper color, with a huge head. The aroma is moderately hoppy, with light fruits. Medium toffee flavor, quite dry mouthfeel, with a spicy hopping, stronger than the ordinary Belgian ales, and with a hint of fruity hops. The final as well is more bitter than the average, and quite spicy. Refreshing.
