Bouteille 33cl, BB 05/2017.

Golden clear color, good head. Carbonation is medium. High body for an Ipa. Bit spicey, Belgian yeast probably. Good drinkable

Bottle. Pours golden with an off-white head. Aroma of peach, malt, some floral notes and herbs. Flavor is sweet and malty with some herbs and bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation.

Bottle. A hazy, dark golden-orange beer with a small, off-white head. There’s a touch of booze on the nose, with orange hints, sugary pale malts, herbal hints and pine cones. The flavor is quite sweet, with sugary maltyness, herbs and some pine cones. Decent bitterness. Full body and pleasant carbonation, some warmth. Lasting bitter finish with pine cones, herbs and some grass. Decent, but rather weird. 150314

Bottle 330ml @ Geokkjer
Pours hazy golden with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, sugar, yeast, and grass. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long grassy and sugary finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Aroma of common wheat adjunct. No hop aroma. Very surprising for an IPA. Bitter in the mouth at first and then sticks to the back of the tongue.

Last in Bink tasting series. Seeing more and more Belgian IPAs these days - and some, like this one, I think are a nice foray into the style, but still catching up to their English and American forebears. True gold, decent white head. Hop aroma is there but not prominent. A bit too sticky and overbitter for my taste.

Bottle from Elie. Many thanks. Golden colour, white foam. Malty body with hoppy aftertaste. Some strange off flavours but not a bad beer. Easy drinkable. Ok. Not really an IPA.

(Kerkom Hopverdomme) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a tulip, ABV 7% Clear body, orange in colour, with a tall white head, good density and retention. Light lacing left behind. Aroma has floral notes, belgian yeast, light perfume, some sugar, light fruity notes of peaches. Taste is moderate bitter but the bitterness builds up on the aftertaste. Light peaches and apricot, floral notes, again yeast. Medium thin body with good carbonation. Seems strange at first but you can get used to it quickly, only the bitterness is a bit too much at moments.
