fiulijn (5650), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Mar 18, 2008 Hazy golden color; it’s extremely fizzy, the big head disappears quickly, then a nice fine perlage keeps a thin layer of foam. It has a nice aroma of ripe red apples and apple skins, with a nutty touch. It’s sweeter than expected in the front, with a nice apple juice flavor; in a second time it is a bit tannic, drier, and it has more wood and apples skin in it. Quite a different cider, good. Note: the label doesn’t have "Demi Sec" (medium dry), but has "cidre artisanal" and "pur jus" on it Produced by S.A.S. Yves Bosser - "Mesmeur" - 29710 Pouldreuzic - 02 98 54 41 86
