Hazy golden color; it’s extremely fizzy, the big head disappears quickly, then a nice fine perlage keeps a thin layer of foam. It has a nice aroma of ripe red apples and apple skins, with a nutty touch. It’s sweeter than expected in the front, with a nice apple juice flavor; in a second time it is a bit tannic, drier, and it has more wood and apples skin in it. Quite a different cider, good.
Note: the label doesn’t have "Demi Sec" (medium dry), but has "cidre artisanal" and "pur jus" on it

Jun 29, 2008 Bottle@Brittany. Active looking bronze cider with a lightly fruity apple aroma and a fruity and slightly dry flavour. Overall a nice fruity and refreshing cider.
