Jan 21, 2007 (BIG THANKS TO IRISHBOY FOR BRINGING A GROWLER DOWN FROM THE BREWERY)deep ruby red with a beautiful thick and creamy off white head.as i swirled the glass the head stuck nice webbing to the sides of the glass.the aroma is lots of grapefruit,followed by floral hops,pine,and finishes with some caramel malt.flavor basically mixes the aroma with a nice long lasting palate.looks like this tiny new brewery is going to do some really great things!

Jan 20, 2007 Growler from the Brewpub! Nose is flowery, piney, and citrusy hops; hazy amber with a medium beige head that nicely laced the glass sides; flavor was hops(citrus), hops(pine), and more hop bitterness from the medium body, the hops bitterness lasting to the finish! Excellent IIPA!
