beerguy101 (3433), Newark, California, USA May 2, 2008 Tasted at the February Northern California Beer Tasting. This blonde ale pours a medium yellow gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is grassy and a touch floral. A light to medium bodied blonde ale. It really is a lawn mover beer, not a lot of flavor and unfortunately not a lot of carbonation. It is your prototypical brewpub blonde, slightly sweet and a touch grassy without a lot of hoppiness. Mouthfeel is a touch thin. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

This must be infected - because it all around just isn’t "right". Foggy orange yellow with a nice head. Smell is chalky sweet dust with a weird tartness in there. Flavor is overpowered by the insanely carbonated palate. Not good. lb4lb (1310), Austin, Texas, USA Jun 30, 2008 Bonus bottle courtesy of Odeed. Thanks!
Pours all head and almost zero beer and there is something clearly wrong. Smell is tart and honey like malt. Taste is, well, I can’t taste anything because what little isn’t already head, turns into foam the second it hits my mouth. Incredibly overcarbonated, but seems like it would have been a nice blonde otherwise. mcbackus (587), Merritt Island, Florida, USA Jun 28, 2008 bottle from irishboy: pours with a slight haze that is a golden colour with lots of tiney bubbles. the head is a big white and foamy. aroama is very lite not much to it at all, slight sweet malt and some cereal grains. flavour is a grainy with very littel hops and malt. hopdog (4482), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA May 26, 2008 22oz bottle acquired in trade with odeed (thanks!). Poured a medium golden color with a small sized whit head. Aromas of grains and wet hay. Almoast wheaty. Tastes of grains with a trade of citrus. Thinner body.
