COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s Note: "Le Kerné" by itself is a 4.5% cider and goes under Demi-Sec.

Bottle given to me by Eric. Golden apple body with medium head. Nose is fruits, of apples, sweet, tart, crisp. Taste is also of apples, freshly cut, some alcohol and the the abv kicks in. Warms in the finish. Nice stuff.

Bottle, bought @ La Maison de 100 Biere Bretonnes, Locronan. Pours dark golden with a small, fizzy, white head that soon disappears. Aroma has deep red apple, light oak, fairly fresh. Flavour has good red apple, light oak, orange zest, rather sweet overall, but there are a lot of apple going on.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with an off -white head. The aroma has strong notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of apples and juice, as well as some apple core, leading to a tart apply finish. Nice. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Bottle@Brittany. Active looking bronze cider with a lightly fruity apple aroma and a fruity and slightly dry flavour. Overall a nice fruity and refreshing cider.

Hazy golden color; it’s extremely fizzy, the big head disappears quickly, then a nice fine perlage keeps a thin layer of foam. It has a nice aroma of ripe red apples and apple skins, with a nutty touch. It’s sweeter than expected in the front, with a nice apple juice flavor; in a second time it is a bit tannic, drier, and it has more wood and apples skin in it. Quite a different cider, good.
Note: the label doesn’t have "Demi Sec" (medium dry), but has "cidre artisanal" and "pur jus" on it
