Editor’s Note: "Le Kerné" by itself is a 4.5% cider and goes under Demi-Sec.

375 caged corked bottle (Vest, Riga)
Lovely sweet apple aroma. Juicy. Crisp palate, a little thin, the only depth is through the sugars. Sweet fruity apple body too. Crisp, and with slightly high carbonation. Crisp sharp acidity is noce though. Clean and refreshing, but just a smidge too sweet.

Bottle, bought @ La Maison de 100 Biere Bretonnes, Locronan. Pours dark golden with a small, fizzy, white head that soon disappears. Aroma has deep red apple, light oak, fairly fresh. Flavour has good red apple, light oak, orange zest, rather sweet overall, but there are a lot of apple going on.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with an off -white head. The aroma has strong notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of apples and juice, as well as some apple core, leading to a tart apply finish. Nice. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.
