A top fermented beer brewed on four malts, two hops, yeast and water. Brewed with coriander. No additives. Unfiltered and unpasteurised. Has a handsome dark brown colour and a nice head. Characterised by a good powerful malt flavor with a fine balance between the hops and a lovely hint of coriander. May be enjoyed both alone and with a good easter lunch - lamb - lightly spiced dishes. Should be served at 8 - 10 degrees.
