Ragaszkodsz a kandallóhoz?
Idekint sokkal hangulatosabb!
A Winternach a Keserű Méz téli változata. Erősebb, karamellásabb, simogatóbb, de nem kevésbé ellentmondásos. Nagyszerú társ egy szenvedélyes téli éjszakához amit nem a kandalló előtt akarsz eltölteni.
The Winternacht is the variet of the Keserű Méz for the winter-time. More robustic caramel, fine rich body.

While this beer is certainly not my favorite, it is a solid drinking beer with good bitterness from the tip to back. Clean and bittery throughout. The honey flavor comes in just slightly at the middle of the palate, but very lightly.

500ml swing-top bottle from Csak a Jó Sör - Only Good Beer in Budapest. Pours a clear, deeper copper colored body with a finger-width, frothy, tan head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is somewhat oxidized with a papery cardboard element, some deeper and sweeter caramels, and floral hops. Flavor is better. Floral hops throughout with a decent caramel sweetness. Still a touch of oxidation on the flavor, but not too distracting. Some fruity notes, hints of toast, and a few resins before this finishes sweet, but dry and somewhat bitter. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, this particular bottle was a bit oxidized, but I assume no one really seeks this beer out in Budapest and it’s been sitting around for awhile. Not terrible, but not that good.

0.5l swing top from Only Good Beer, Budapest. Clean caramel gold, foamy head. Big sweet alc aroma with berry and caramel. Quite reminiscent of some lighter, hoppier barleywines. Well put together beer, if a bit light in the middle and with a sweet punch (like so many Hungarian micros). Some tart bittering at end after sweet red candies. Pretty good, a little too light in the middle though, flavors are great

swing top bottle 500ml. -from Sörspecialista.hu, Budapest. Unclear pale amber coloured, small creamy off-white head, malty fruity mango nose. Moderate malty, fruity and pleasant hoppy with light caramel presence. As Marko said (slightly) too bitter but otherwise very nice brew.

Premium lager? Seriously? Oookaaaay... Poured a golden-brown body with a slightly off white medium sized head. Lovely aroma, agrumey hops. The taste is very good too, but not en par with the aroma, mango, herbal, jaffa cakes, dry, slightly too bitter for the body, but in general, a very, very nice beer. I’d love to try it again!

A deep, copper coloured, cloudy beer with a medium, off-white head that lacing. Aroma is hoppy, citrusy, peachy and even caramel-like. Taste is bitter-sweet, crispy with notes of caramel and hoppy flavors. Medium body with a gentle creaminess and moderate carbonation. Hoppy bitter-sweet finish.

0.5l bottle from Kézműves Csemege. Colour is orange, on the dark side of pale beers, maybe a bit like an ale. Starts with a huge, thick foam that tastes bitter-sweet and fruity. Aroma is complex, fruity and spicy. Taste is again complex: a hint of fruits (peach, grapes), then some competing mild bitterness and honey-sweetness. Aftertaste is mildly bitter. A rather complex, well balanced beer, especially for a lager. Also, surprisingly mature: one of the best from the Hungarian microbreweries.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2013 opalescent reddish-golden beer with moderate head; citrus aroma; the taste is dominated by citrus-bitterness but some sweetness in the background can also be tasted; overall it is quite good, but not as good as the original version (Keserű Méz), at least for me

Müncheni és karamell malátákkal feljavított, korianderrel megbolondított téli söröcske, ami hatalmas siker. Köszi mindenkinek a visszajelzést!
