Marsiblursi (3021) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 28, 2008
(Bottle) Pours dark brown with some blood red hints. The Head is off-white to light sand colour. The aroma is of wheat, doughy white bread and spicy banana esters with a tiny touch of burned liquorice and phenol-ish clove. Some hints of wet earth, sweet caramel and mild dark malt are also present. The flavour is of salty wheat with a mild touch of caramelly malt, banana, clove, ash and flowers. Light hoppy in the finish. The mouthfeel is clean and light dry with a medium carbonation to back it up. Medium light sweet and bitter. Near medium bodied. This wheat beer is too clean and sterile to affect you.
