guzzler (77), AE, Germany May 31, 2003 Little to no head, and a dark, chocolately appearance. Malty nose with an almost flowery flavor and thin finish. Not bad, not great.
PetrZalio (7), Brno, Czech Republic does not count Aug 20, 2008 (bottle). Dark Amber Red Colour.Malty and slightly source aroma. Good fresh Carbonation. Light body, malty, bitter chocolate, but source-i think that was infected (small brewery) asheft (740), Marburg, Germany Jul 30, 2008 [bottle]
Hoppy aroma with lots of scotch tape along with toasty malt notes. Clear black-brown with dense, almost rocky top that lasts. Flavour is sort of nutty with not a lot more to the malt character. Plenty of fresh noble hops in the flavour. Ends with a sort of dry nuttiness. Medium carbonation, light to medium body, dry finish. Sort of middle of the road beer. ekstedt (1785), Göteborg, Sweden Jul 9, 2008 Bottle (50 cl) from Toom Getränkemarkt, Würzburg, Germany. Clear copper, medium off-white head. Caramelly aroma with burnt sugar, earthy, dusty, and grassy hops. A bit on the seet side. Quite mediocre. Dedollewaitor (1906), Odense, Denmark Jul 7, 2008 50cl bottle: Pours amber with a fast collapsing creamy head. Very dusty, ashy malty & slightly sour. Thin mouthfeel. Couldnt
drink it - Might have been infected!? Marsiblursi (1378), Göteborg, Sweden Jul 3, 2008 (Bottle) Pours deep dark red with a small sand colored head. The aroma is light to medium malty with tones of bread, light roast and light caramel alongside some light floral and grassy hops. Hints of nutshell, soil and raisins. The flavour is near medium malty and sweet with tones of bread, caramel/syrup, light roast alongside light spicy, earthy and grassy hops that brings some dryness to the finish. The mouthfeel is crisp, light watery and quite tight with some tiny stickiness. Light to medium bodied. Bready malty and herbal/grassy hops in the aftertaste.
