On cask at Cloisters. Pours a golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of alcohol, yeast and a little apple. Yeasty flavour with caramel, hay and barley. Quite a dry finish with low carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Mildly bitter. Just OK.
