Bottle 50cl. A quite clear yellow beer with medium head. Smell is intensive on fresh banana and banana skin. This creamy and malty beer is very fruity on banana and apricot. Well done beer, very drinkable, dry at the finish, aftertaste is long with a round finish.

Bottle. The light sour aroma of yeast, fruity, some bananas. The small white fizzy head disappears fast, the body is pale orange. The taste starts sweet, the finish is rather sour. It also tasted a little bit of bread. The body is rather light, creamy and lively with a lively carbonation. A good Hefeweizen.

33cl swing top bottle; Hazy, murky orange colour with a short off-white foamy head. Strong yeasty and quite sweet wheat-malty aroma with notes of ripe bananas, traces of vanilla and phenolic spices. Light-sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather soft carbonation for a Weizen. Yeasty and wheaty taste with an almost vinous acidity towards the slim and fruity finish with a light touch of cloves and even herbal hops. A classical Ur-Weisse. 16.XI.08
