Jul 19, 2007 On draught at the brewery’s taproom in Missoula, Montana. Pours a semi hazy golden pale blonde brew with a thick off-white head that slowly dissolves to a white ring and spotty lacing. Aroma of enriched multi-grain bread dough, flowery hops and a touch of sweet sunflower honey. Taste is soft, very little carbonation with a bready flavor. Finish has a good balance of bitterness and bread-like malt flavor with a flowery hop aftertaste.
