16oz can pours deep copper with thin off white head. The aroma offers up modest levels of spicy and floral hops and faint malt sweetness in the background. The taste follows suit with malts and crystal malts creating a sweet base for spicy to floral hops to slightly earthy hops. To about midway and into the finish the hop bitterness ratchets up a few pleasing notches. Decent enough IPA.

16oz can courtesy of IBrew2or3. Cheers, Dave! Pours a clear orange with an off-white head. Nose is some caramel, some citrus, and some light pine hops. Flavor is light malt and mild hops. Interesting IPA. Light to medium in body and lingering bitterness into the finish.

It poured a cloudy orangeish color with a small white head. The aroma was of grapefruit, floral green hoppiness, pine, and citrus. The taste was of ctirus, pine and some caramel. A fine IPA.

Sampled at an esbls tasting. Coppery with little foam. Caramel begins the flavor with pine and flowers later. Nice fruit and perhaps some rye. Citrus after that. It is not quite as tart and bitter as grapefruit but almost. Tasty.

16 ounce can thanks to Craig. This IPA is on the malty side, some pine/resin hops are noticeable. A subtle IPA. Not bad.

Thanks to Deuane for sharing this can with us, my first Montana beer! A - Pours deep amber orange with a dense one finger tall white head leaving light lace down the glass. S - Smells of sweet caramel malt, earthy hops, dulled citric fruit, and some light spice. This one may be a tiny bit old but it still has lots to offer. T - Starts off with quite a bit of sweet caramel malt slowly giving way to a mix of earthy hops, dulled citric fruits, and some pine resin. This one really is malt forward. Finish is a mix of bitterness and sweetness, clinging to the pallet. M - Medium body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Bitter-Sweet feel that clings to the pallet long after consumption. O - Nothing mind blowing but still a solid IPA. Glad I got to try it, thanks again Deuane.

Caramel, resin, floral, and herbal aspects to the aroma. Golden amber with a loosely bubbled white head. Sweetness on the way in, bitterness on the way out. Almost medium body with a creamy texture and soft carbonation. A pleasure to drink, as its flavors are not as pronounced as some IPAs. However, it is for that very reason that it does not rate better.
