COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hopnosis American Pale Ale may just persuade you into becoming a hops lover. Unbalanced towards the hops, slightly sweet body with lots of flavor and aroma hops, but not too bitter.

Brought back from Toby’s great Montana Growler round up. Pours out a hazy gold topped with a white head. Aroma was nice a little light hop some fresh sweet grass. Taste was more of the sweet grass and plenty grain on the end.

Pint at brewery. Hazy orange, frothy white head. Aroma of caramel and mild hop. Taste is more resinous with some herb and grass. Not as hoppy as expected but a good balance overall. Mild bitter finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head and a pine aroma. There is a sweet pale malt flavor with an IPA-like hop bitterness. Well-balanced and tasty.

Growler from Jake: Clear amber, nice head and lacing. Nose of dry pine and grapefruit, nice light malt, hop forward. Flavor is balanced, nice dry finish and plenty of hops in the tail. Dry and hoppy with a dry-hopped taste. Nice pale, almost IPAish.

At brewpub: Hazy copper color with a nice fluffy beige head. Lots of sticky lacing. Aroma is floral and sweet, hoppy and inviting. Full of floral bitters with a light citrus component. Malty enough, but retains a solid floral tail. Nice.

Growler - Thanks Toby! - Pour was lt orange with a medium white head...aroma is floral hops and grapefruit, with lightly sweet malt...flavour is similar, immediate bitterness up front, giving way to a grassy and grainy finish...bitterness is lingering, and the malt was definitely more prevalent in the nose than in taste, only having a slight presence in the body...decent...
