WOnderful coffee nose, hints of roast, caramel, light chocoalte as well as earth. Pours dark brown/black with a creamy nitro tan head. Flavors of coffee up front, chocolate caramel mid palate roasted malts and more coffee in the ifnish. Smooth, creamy, really actually declicious. Good shit here.

Pours dark brown to black with thin light brown head. Smells of roast coffee with hints of caramel. Tastes of roast malts, dark coffee, a little smokey. Medium body and a light sweet astringent taste travels across the palate.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours dark brown with a thick tan head and an enticing coffee aroma. There is a chocolate and coffee flavor wiht a very dry slightly bitter finish. The coffee is as good as the beer.

Pint at brewery. Solid black, creamy brown head. Aroma of fresh coffee beans and a shit load of them, with some sweet caramel malt. Taste is incredible, a lot of coffee, bitter but not overly so. Smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation. Wow this is a great beer. Why do I always forget to bring my growlers, dammit!?!?
