big fruity arome, citrus, but also loads of light grains. grapefruit retronasals, a touch of ginger, and lovely full light rains. oale but murky - just how an unfiltered pils should be. beautiful balance. probably one of the top 4 pilsners I’ve ever had. finish slightly grapefruity and grainy, and lasts quite a while.
