A hazed golden with a thin white head. In aroma, a grainy malt with mash tun notes, light caramel and British hops. In mouth, an oily caramel malt, very extract like, light hopping, boring. On tap at Seneca Lodge Brewfest, Dec. 3 2011.

Bomber from Half Time. Under contract with Custom BrewCrafters. A mild gusher. Pours hazy amber with a 4 finger foamy white head. Aromas of light pitted fruits with spice. Near full bodied. Slightly tart. There’s roast malt, and something suggesting spiced peach or apricot - that’s not quite it, but ... It finishes dry with some spice. Interesting. Different.

App.: Hazy amber with flecks. Aroma: Floral, citrus, good biscuit support, a little caramel/toffee, faintly fruity. Palate: Medium body, prickly effervescence. Flav.: Fruity, peaches, apricots, tropical esters, banana, slightly floral; dry with moderate bitterness and a slight pine/biscuit finish.

Interesting, a little different.
