This is our Belgian style wheat beer made from a blend of wheat and barley, then lightly hopped with tetnanger hops. This unfiltered beer has a hazy appearance. We add orange peel and a touch of coriander to give this beer a light, refreshing flavor.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours bright, clear gold with a big white froth head. Lots of herbs in the nose, some wheat bread. Medium sweet flavor, some further bread, rosemary. Medium bodies with fine to average carbonation. Sugary finish, lots of sugary wheat, more herbal qualities. OK, but not terribly drinkable.

Bottle as pictured, pours cloudy yellow, was this a sour? Not sure if it was infected or not but it turned our nice had a nice Brett character and it finished nice with the wheat quality, pretty tasty

Crisp copper coloured body with a light white head, only about one centimetre tall. Aroma of pale malt, coriander seed, curacao, grass and tons of nutmeg. Light-bodied; Strong yeastie and spicey flavour with a very pungent twang of sourness and a crisp wheat flavour. Aftertaste is quite complex with some almost brett like flavours, some light orange and spicey flavour, a hint of grass and hay and a very nice sour twang. Overall, much better than I expected and a very nice interesting beer with great complexity and a flavour profile close enough to the style, but far enough away to make it interesting. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Half Time in Poughkeepsie, New York on 26-December-2012 for US$4.99 sampled at home in Washington on 04-May-2013.

22 oz. bottle. Pours a dull cloudy pale straw yellow with very thin white head that was gone after the first sip and left no lace at all. The aroma has a strong grassy aroma with lemon and orange notes. The flavor is a bit odd and reminds me more of a shandy than a wit, especially when palate is taken into account. Lots of lemon with a little coriander and some wheat grain. Spritzy carbonation more reminiscent of a soda than a beer. Not a fan.

Cloudy pale yellow with sall white head. Spicy aroma with citrus and other light fruits. Spicy flavor with coriander, orange, very well done and typical. Med to light body with little carb. A very nice wit, well done.
