CaptainCougar (4608), Rockville, Maryland, USA Sep 11, 2005 Sampled on 8/14/05 courtesy of JPDIPSO: Pours a pale clear golden with a thin wispy white head. Aroma is lightly sweet and hoppy, but very mild. Starts lightly sweet and malty turning more dry with a faint European hoppiness. A very smooth beer, but also bland and uninteresting. muzzlehatch (4424), Burlington, Vermont, USA Aug 26, 2006 5 oz draught sample at the brewpub, late July 2006. Pale gold with a small but lasting hint of foam....touches of floral hops amidst the predominant sweet malt presence in the nose....the body is full, thick and almost syrupy pale malt with perhaps a bit of caramelization, a bit grainy....not much here overall but drinkable. JPDIPSO (4197), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA Aug 23, 2005 Straw color with a fluffy small white head. Aromas of kettlecorn. Amazingly, or more so regrettably, this tastes much the same as it smells. Interesting, but not much to be drawn to. heemer77 (3625), Savannah, Missouri, USA Aug 16, 2005 This pours with a light yellow colored body. The aroma is toffee and rubber. The taste is popcorn kernels and butter. This has a strange salty cardboard finish. Thanks John. Tmoney99 (3471), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Apr 22, 2008 Can from Belo Vino. Poured a clear deep amber with an average frothy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Medium sweet hoppy citrus aroma. Medium body. Moderate hoppy bitter flavor with an light bittersweet finish of medium duration.
