Jan 18, 2007 On tap at the brewpub. No head. Orange pour with a light yellow fringe. Perky bright salt flavor, with a good bit of lemon-rind tang. Some light leafy crispiness and a good flow of almond grain sweetness. Non-offensive. Smacks dry with birch bark. Clean and with mildly more character than other things they pour here. Maybe a touch heavy as a session beer, but I’m impressed to see them reaching out a little bit.
