The aroma is malty and with corn and hoppy with grass but not entirely pleasant. The appearance is god with a small but average head for the style. The flavor is astringently bitter and malty with mixed grains. The palate is average for the style which is thin. The finish is chemical and malty. Overall I don’t like it one bit.

Gold in color with a small white head. Aroma is of corn, grain and honey. Taste is mostly corn with a little bit of grain.

Cloudy gold pour from the bottle with spotty light lacing. Very light fruit and floral hops on the nose. Flavor combined light and sweet malts, grassy hops, and citrus notes. Light bodied. Lingering sweetness throughout the drink but finishes with a short skunk.

Golden pour with white head and lace. Aroma is slightly sour malt and some corn, and wet paper. Flavor starts out pretty decent with the light sweet malt and paper expected but finishes with a metallic after taste that is not very pleasant but not awful. Slightly fizzy medium bodied beer.

Part of Beer of the month. Not sure why some micros make this style. Is there not enough of it around? This is better than most but not my thing. Crisp with a little hop bite there at the end. Serving: Bottle

Bottle Pours a clear yellow with a small white head. The head leaves quickly and barely laces. Aroma is corn, grain, metallic, and some citrus. Has a decent carbonation. The flavor is plain and grainy sweet. Has a light body. The texture is watery. Weak finish and no real aftertaste.

(12oz bottle, from Cavie) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of biscuit, grass, corn, and light citrus. Flavor of toasted biscuit, cracker, and earth with a dry finish.

Clear golden yellow, puffy white head. Aroma is husky, metallic, grainy. Taste is again grainy, grain husks, sweet, but astringent husk finish.

Thanks Cavie for sending. Pours a clean translucent yellow with a one finger loose white head. Nose is sweet, malty, bready, mildly grassy. Flavor is sweet, grassy, little cardboard, no bitterness. Palate is fine, no bitterness, crisp. Meh.

Aroma - balanced, lightly hopped; Appearance - golden, thick fluffy head, average lacing; Taste - hint of sweetness in the front, mild hop back, dry finish; Palate - smooth for the style, light body; Overall - easy drinking yet still maintaing some flavor, balanced, well built.
