Bottle. The pour was a medium golden yellow with a huge (3-4 finger) white sudsy head that receded rapidly, down to a layer of thin puddles and a medium collar with some fair spotty lacing. The aroma was of a straw malt and a soapy yeast with notes of citrus (lime), wheat and a bit of coriander. http://www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeerRe taste was lightly sweet and quite yeasty from the beginning with a decent wheat presence, a good dose of citrus and a bit of spice towards the end. The flavor lasted an average time following the swallow with the wheat lime flavor left to linger. Mouthfeel was light in body with a slight dry yet watery texture and a moderate carbonation. Overall a tasty Witbier with a nice lime citrus twist...

Appearance: muddy orange brown, suspended floaties, quickly vanishing near white head, no lacing. Aroma: lime zest, light coriander, toasty wheat. Taste: muddled citrus (mainly lime), some tangy wheat, wet cardboard. Finish: lingering tangy lime and some wheat. Notes: Not great, pretty muddled, and not much to look at. However, the lime flavor was a nice addition.

12 oz. bottle from jcwattsrugger. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a 1/2" white head. Aroma is very light, but I’m picking up hints of wheat, coriander, lemon and lime. The flavor profile reflects the aroma to the tee. Light bodied and tingly on the tongue. A refreshing brew. Would make a nice summertime beer.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Pours translucent pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is light lemon, light body, low/medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is malt and some lemon. Some richness, pretty good.

Pours a cloudy, dull light orange color. Light citrus orange and wheat aroma. More citrus in the flavor, light wheat character, mild slickness in the finish with a medium body. Refreshing.

Pours pale gold with a small white head. Aroma is heavy yeast and light grains. Taste is Belgian yeast first, immediately turning into a bright citrus and grain flavor. The finnish is long with a coriander-like vegetal flavor. Interesting.

Very cloudy golden color with a white head. Aroma is citrus, wheat with a bit of sour pungentness. Dry tart fruitiness on the flavor. Soft detergent finish with some floral elements. Fairly straightforward.

Cloudy. Thin bodied. Lots of coriander! I didn’t really get any of the key lime. Maybe because of all the coriander. I’m just a fan of overly spiced wheats.
