Cloudy yellow pour without much head. Light sweet floral aroma. Lightly sweet flavor with a dry lime finish. Needs a bit more carbonation and I think that would add enough acidic bite to polish this one. A bit more spice and lime.

Pours a cloudy yellow on tap with frothy white head that holds up. Aroma is light fruitiness with nice spicy yeast esters and a back end of wheat. Taste is more toward the wheat and yeast, but nice balance and nothing overpowering. Overall, pleasant version of the style, good carbonation, nice beer.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2014 Twelve ounce bottle from Whole Foods in Sarasota, Florida. Quite hazy orange/yellow color, assertive bittersweet fruity/yeasty/spicy nose, orange and lime more prominent in the flavor which, while not quite as strong as the aroma advertised, is rather nice: a hot weather beer with some substance. The low overall ratings must be because this isnít a bourbon barrel aged stout. Well, folks, thatís not what itís trying to be. This is my first brew from the Florida Beer Company and it wonít be my last.

Appearance: muddy orange brown, suspended floaties, quickly vanishing near white head, no lacing. Aroma: lime zest, light coriander, toasty wheat. Taste: muddled citrus (mainly lime), some tangy wheat, wet cardboard. Finish: lingering tangy lime and some wheat. Notes: Not great, pretty muddled, and not much to look at. However, the lime flavor was a nice addition.

12 oz. bottle from jcwattsrugger. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a 1/2" white head. Aroma is very light, but Iím picking up hints of wheat, coriander, lemon and lime. The flavor profile reflects the aroma to the tee. Light bodied and tingly on the tongue. A refreshing brew. Would make a nice summertime beer.

Pours a cloudy, dull light orange color. Light citrus orange and wheat aroma. More citrus in the flavor, light wheat character, mild slickness in the finish with a medium body. Refreshing.
