Pours a light golden yellow. Aroma of corn, grains and some hops with a watery flavor muddled with some hops.

Pours a light golden yellow color. Aromas of corn, a touch of hops, and little else. Flavor is like any other american lager. I prefer Coors products to A-B or Miller. It was what I was weened on.

I’m on a budget tonight, so I stopped by my nearest local tavern to pick up a cheap buzz. And I saw a 12-pack of this for $6.25, so I thought might as well. I don’t know what it looks like as this is not the type of beer you pour into a glass. Has the aroma and flavor of cheap adjuncts like corn, rice and aluminum. Is pretty smooth if it’s really ice cold, if not ice cold then it’s downright nasty, like drinking stale water that someone urinated in. As for the supposed 5.9%, I couldn’t tell. No buzz. Typical cheap run-of-the-mill swill.

UPDATED: DEC 3, 2005 Imagine this: you’re sampling the greatest beer you’ve ever tasted. In my case, it was a Samuel Smith’s Imperial Stout. Two days later, someone hands you a Keystone Ice, and out of politeness, you drink it. To describe the fall-off I experienced going from Imperial Stout to this swill is akin to going from Crown Royal to kerosine. Aroma: sugary, malty, appearance: just like every other pale lager ... Flavor: Corn, sugar, malt, shit. ... Palate: none to speak of, and in the case of this beer, that’s a good thing. ... Overall: Another junk domestic. America is the beer equivalent to the Los Angeles Clippers. We’ve got a big-sounding name, and a great venue, but we never freekin’ produce.

Ill give it 1/10th of a point for the college memories. Other than that, I will never drink this garbage again.

I will rate this one higher than it’s siblings due to the alcohol content being higher. But it actually tastes worse. Too much alcohol, for a way too watered down beer. Stay away.

12oz can. Light yellow color with a foamy white head. Nose is light and corny. taste is water and corn with some rice. very pleasant the following day as most ice beers are.
