glorious candy sugar malts caught in a silver bulltet, glistening. I tell you, folks!!! It’s glistening!!! In front of my eyes no less. I am a beer geek, but even I must take time to enjoy an ice beer every now and then. And this ice is one of the better ones.

Tastes like a party that didn’t get keystone light. Use for beer pong to get drunk. No taste present.

Ah the aroma of cornmeal grist. Nice pissy yellow, and it also kind of smells that way. Nearly still, it pours with head but where does it go?Frozen sugar taste, all I think of is Jeff Daniels licking the ski lift. Not packing much body either. Doesn’t compare well to the Beast Ice IMO. I am fond of these cheap-crappy made lagers, but just because you route for the Generals doesn’t mean you have to love their bench.

No aroma at all, taste is a bit strong of alcohol. Just what you would expect of this beer, but easy to drink and get a buzz.

1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
24 oz can. Pours a very pale straw yellow body under a thin fizzy white head that faded quickly. The nose is corn and cardboard with a pale malt. The flavor is about on par with most in the style. Pretty minimal with just a little corn and some slight graininess on the finish. Just lightly sweet, this is actually better than many Pale Lagers. Light bodied and super fizzy with prickly carbonation. Not exactly a good beer, but it’s much less offensive than many of its cohorts.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
24oz can. May 2013 vintage. Poured into a snifter. Pours a clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of corn, grain, cotton candy, and green apples. Taste is light sweet. Cotton candy and green apple up front with some dank grains towards the end. Light bodied with a thin texture. Fizzy carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, meh.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
473 ml can from The Beer Store. Pours a clear straw yellow with modest-sized white head. Aroma is sweetish grain with some corn and light fruitiness. Flavour is mildly sweet grains, some corn, wet cardboard and light fruit. Carbonation on the lively side. Not good, but not bad enough to be memorable.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Oooooh, baby! 24oz widemouth can, bottom-stamped DEC1613. Nose faintly sweet, a little corn, light florality. Uh oh, has that note of hangover. Pours pale, clear golden with a sudsy bright white head. Light-medium body a little heavier than others of this type, showcases mild malt and cereal grain, actually resolves to a bready finish. Lightly sweet, no significant bitterness, lively carbonation but smooth on the whole. Corn minimized, floral notes somewhere in the middle, and it’s not overwhelmingly unclean (just a little stale in the aftertaste). Hides the added alcohol well, and boy is she cold!!! As far as these things go, a great buy at the price point.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tall boy can from Homer. Poured an almost dead watery light gold body, head dies quick and totally. Aroma is like green grapes in a plastic bag that was by a can of exploeded Pilsbury rolls. Palate is meh to blah, watery with soft carbonation. Flavor is the same as the aroma. Malt Licka Bitches....
