A less expensive Coors Light. A very typical American macro light beer. No bad characteristics except the watery palate. Flavor is sweet malty and has just a trace of hops. A pretty good light beer when staying clear headed is important. But then again you could just wait til later and have something more substantial.

Had this canned in Sycamore, Illinois, thanks Uncle Chris! Could have been far worse. Light yellow, bubbly pour with a rapidly dissipating bubbly white head, nose of grass and sweet malts, medium, carbonated mouthfeel, light canned corn and sweet malts in the taste with a light citrusy hops to balanced it out. Watery finish, but Christ, it’s Keystone Light. Who cares?

UPDATED: MAY 16, 2008 ~Very pale yellow, clear colour. Very thin head. ~Sour malt scent. Similar smell that I detect in most cheap beers. ~Not much flavour to speak of. Somewhat sour. Taste like lightly sour water. ~ Lots of carbonation followed by smooth finish. Little atertaste. ~ There isn’t much to this beer. Its another tasteless cheap beer.

My buddy tried to convince me to drink this when I was in college. Even then it was disgusting. I remember a bad sour flavor. Really gross. Natty like.

Can. Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is like creamed corn. Body is thinner than water. Flavor is very light, kind of like oat bran or corn. I’m ashamed to say I’ve drank more of these in my college years than I would like to admit.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2008 !2oz can. The aroma is standard metallic and slightly sour. Way too light yellow, no head. Flavor is a little more off than natty. Just not what beer is supposed to taste like. A little acidity as well, and this doesn’t work well with the style. Maybe a semblance of flavor, but not in a good way. Eew.

Available everywhere in Champaign, IL. Tastes like the broken dreams of the frat boys who go home alone again tonight.

Yeah. To tell the truth, the only difference between this and Milwaukee’s Best is the can. Beer-flavored water. Best consumed when there’s absolutely nothing else to drink. Including water.
