12 ounce can. Pours a light golden yellow with a nice white head that quickly fades away. Pretty clean aroma and taste. Fairly watery and kind of sweet. Smooth, clean and easy to drink. Not a bad beer to get drunk on as it is inexpensive, but I’d rather spend the extra buck on another macro.

Tin Faint smell of beer that seemed appealing until I had a second whiff. Poured pale yellow with almost no head. Almost no flavour. It actually had less flavour than the tap water we drink. No finish. This is not a high quality lager. It’s not a high quality anything. It’s a pale beer like substance. Something in a krug for who don’t really like beer, but want to hang out with their mates.

Proud to say that although I had plenty fine ’stones in college, my tastes (and wallet) have grown so I don’t have to drink this anymore.

Another U.S. macro panned and snubbed by the neo-beer-snobs that loved this kind of beer when they were younger but now have grown oh-so-sophisticated and worldly and metro in their ratings of craft and micro-brewery products. Well I like it. I’ve had nearly every type of beer brewed and this stuff obviously has a big market. So continue to deride, the profit margin tells the story of who will be standing when it’s all said and done.

UPDATED: MAY 30, 2008 From a 12 fl. oz. can marked 80502C41R. Pours a typical golden yellow like other macros lagers. There is a good amount of fizzy white head but it does not last. Aroma of grass and metal. Watered down. There are hops in the recipe but unless you are looking for them you don’t notice them. This is the kind of beer you pound down on a hot summer day but there is little redeeming value to it otherwise.

Man I wish there was a way to rate this beer a zero. It fails in every single way to be even remotely drinkable. God awful.
