Heavy smell of hops. Very pale yellow, a bit lime green. Foamy white head. Watery and fresh. Very light taste, some sweetness to be found. No distinguishable aftertaste.

660ml bottle at a Gurkha curry house in Hastings. Straw with a white head; grassy aroma; sweet grainy flavour - a typical curry beer, but pretty good in the right setting.

ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, acrid bitter, sweet malt, vegetables. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110819]

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, white head. A clear, golden beer with a decent off-white head. Rather weak aroma with pale malts, hay, grass and a touch of wet cardboard. Flavorwise it’s much the same, it’s quite dry on the palate, and hard on the carbonation, quite quenching, but as it’s not very good, I’ll rather drink something else. 110819
