Bottled. Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is fruity and floral notes with some mild spices and alcohol. Nice resiny notes as well as it warms up a bit. Flavour is quite much the same in a pleasant balance. This one worked rather well in room temperature.

Bottled. A light yellow sake. The aroma is sweet and dominated by rice, and so is the flavor, while the alcohol leaves a burn in the throat. Thanks Storm for sharing.

Clear white color with virtually none head. Aroma is alcohol, some fruity notes ala melon and peach skin. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (130608)

(Bottle 72 cl) Courtesy of Storm. 16% ABV in my version. Clear golden - almost crystal clear. Spicy, vanilla-like aroma. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Accents of fruit and vanilla and a rather alcoholic and warming finish. Nice one. 190408

Pale green tones. Complex fruity and licorice aroma with a hint of alcohol. In the mouth it becomes a star, rich licorice flavours blending with fruit and a hint of almonds. Silky texture. Very good.

Wow, the commercial description is right on. This has an aroma of fresh cut honeydew melon and minerals, and a more polished alcohol nose. Refreshing and clean, with well balanced acidity, and a bittersweet finish.

Bottle. A water coloured sake. The aroma and taste is of licorice, much like ouzo. Medium body with a dry finish.

Clear with no head. Sweet fruity aroma with almond notes. Sweet flavor with alcohol and candy and fruity notes. Ends sweet with warming alcohol notes.

72 cl. Bottle [Thanks to Storm] Clear and white color with a glow. Aroma of menthol, pine, flower, alcohol, light spice. Full bodied with an alcoholic texture. Again somewhat alcoholic and wood like dryntess in the finish. Quit nice and the best sake so fare.

72 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale white with no head. Light woody and spiced alcohol aroma. Flavour is light liqourice and dry. Ends with a dry liqourice note. Again an ouzo like thing. It will take quite some time for me to learn to appreciate these kind of drinks.
