Bottled@SBWF2012. Rather much water coloured with some slight yellowish notes, no head. Aroma is watermelon, some sight spicyness along with sweet rice and mild wooden notes. Flavour is similar with some slight spicyness and alcohol in the finish. Quite smooth and balanced.

Taster at Kiuchi’s restaurant in Mito. Sweet, round, and mellow. Banana and melon flavors. Quite sweet, really, with a bit of pepper. Round, full mouth.
