I really enjoyed this beer. Very slow drinking and beautiful appearance. Creamy, large head and caramel taste. Slightly bitter but it suited it nicely. Again, very nice ale that a truely was imersed in at the pub.

Very disappointing. Looks very nice, but tastes thin and flat, almost like cardboard. Has some malt and caramel notes, but with very low fruitiness. Sourish aroma, reminds me of babyís wommit. Low bitterness. A bad beer with good marketing. To be avoided.

Draft: Pours dark, amber color with a foamy white head. Lightly hoppy bitter aroma. Flavor is light bitter, but finishes with a great roundy malt flavor. Finish could be a bit stronger, but itís not bad.

Bottle. Roasted aroma, light sweetness, a little bit burned. Red body, the head is fair lacing, small size and fully dimishing. A moderate sweetness with a short duration. The carbonation is lively, the texture is rather oily, medium body on the palate. Overall not a bad one, but the Murphys Red Ale is better

Canned with nitrogen, nice smooth, fine balance, soft malty character, a little English and a lot Irish.

Can (with a widget) -- Dark amber with no visible carbonation. Beautiful dense nitrohead that lasts forever and leaves lashings of lacng. Surprisingly gentle aroma of malt with a suggestion of something more earthy. Watery yet creamy mouthfeel (something to do with the widget, perhaps). More gentle maltiness in the flavour with a touch of roastedess. Very little bitterness anywhere, which makes it a tad boring but friendly.

(Bottle) Pours clear copper-brown colour with a small head. Mouthfeel is light but not thin, also a bit carbonated and bitterish. Aroma has some sweet malts with hoppy notes of flowers and caramel. Aftertaste has some butter and cream.

not a bad beer. nice and creamy, gotta love how the nitrogen just layers these kind of beers. ruby colour, bit of a sweet aroma, its creamy texture is probably its best quality.

Draught. Pours a deep red with a nice tan, creamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, some toasted notes, and caramel. Not all the exciting. Mouth is very smooth with little carbonation feel. Flavor is much like the aroma. Toasted and sweet malt with some caramel. Good in a pinch, but nothing exciting.

Pours a dark brownish amber with an amazingly creamy head and great lace. Slightly sour hop aroma, sweet malt. Tastes reasonably hoppy with a slight sour-cream touch - hops in the aftertaste. Creamy body but sadly, very poor carb from the tap. Nice beer, great cream ale.
