0,5l can. Nice, coffee colour. Mild, malty aroma. Kinda watery and corn-ish. A hint of coffee. Long lasting, white head. Low carbonation, pleasant. No hops, little malt. This is just too bland and dull.

UPDATED: NOV 16, 2014 On tap.Hazy dark copper colour with creamy beige head. Soft carbonation. Aroma of roasted malts. Taste starts sweet, caramel and finishes a bit bitter. Overall very good beer, one of my favourites. But better on tap than from can or bottle.

Appearance with amber / copper color and a small head. Medium aroma of roasted malt. On the palate, it manages to be light and refreshing.

On tap. Amber pour with that signature thick creamy beige head. Malty aroma, caramel and cream. Light body with some malty caramel. Not a lot going on, but a decent enough beer. Better than a macro lager.

Dark copper, red in color, white head, but lasted just less than 20 seconds. Good carbonation. Subtle caramel aroma and flavor. The roasted barley gives it a very dry character that gives an impression like roasted. It is not my style of beer but it is a good example of this style of beer.

Draught, on nitro at an Irish pub. Pours a clear brown color with a moderate creamy and pillowy off-white head on it. Nose is bready and yeasty, with some light barley. Taste is light and smooth, very creamy, and just slightly bitter. Drinks and tastes like a lighter version of Guinness.
