440ml Nitro Can from SuperValu (Ireland - £1.69):
Bland malts and a little sweetness from some brown sugar, there is a very faint and almost water like smell with some bitterness at the end.
Thick and quite creamy too before settling to a dark caramel brown colour with a very creamy, darkish white head on top that is about the width of a pinky and holds very well.
Bland with some malts and light caramel flavours and a sugary sweetness following this. There is a burnt toast and nutty flavour. The beer is quite bitter and very creamy.
Creamy with a medium to full body yet it still feels slightly watery. The beer seems quite bland and there is almost no carbonation with some small amounts of bitterness at the end.

Great looking beer when poured and settled but everything else about it was fairly average sadly. The aroma was bland and unexciting, definitely not an ale worth looking out for. I’m not sure if it would be better on draft and I’m not sure if I really want to find out either. It was drinkable and the nitro can was a plus.

0.33l bottle. Malty aroma with caramel notes and notes of berry fruits. Clear dark amber color, small head. Malty taste, caramel. Medium body, watery texture, average carbonation and bitter finish with caramel notes. Not bad, but...

Bottle from a local supermarket. BB 12.01.2017. Pours clear light caramel with off-white head. Faint aroma of toasty malts, slightly caramelly. Tastes sweetish-bitterish without actually being either. Dry, malty, toasty with grassy finish. Watery on the palate with crisp carbonation. Some creamy/lactic aspects on the palate later on... I don’t mind this but not exactly enjoying either.

Una Irish Ale de color ámbar rojizo de baja carbonatación. Su aroma es a frutos rojos (frutillas), caramelo y bizcocho. Su sabor es de inicio dulce, suave a caramelo, levadura y final amargo cremoso. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
