COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Style: American Amber Ale
Malts: Pale, Munich, Crystal, Chocolate
Hops: Cascade, East Kent Goldings, Amarillo
Killer Sprocket Amber Ale is the first beer on offer from newcomer Killer Sprocket. This Amber Ale pours a clear deep ruby-copper with a thin, quickly dissipating head. Utilising Pale, Munich, Crystal and Chocolate malts, its bouquet reveals a backbone of toffee, with some caramel and dark fruit supporting, and a pleasingly slight level of roasting. In the mouth, a combination of Cascade, East Kent Goldings and Amarillo hops, used subtly, provide a wonderful balance to the malt, showing good dryness to correspond with the malt’s predominant sweetness, and allow the beer to finish bitter.
Note: Formerly brewed at Southern Bay.

On tap at Mrs Parma. Served a deep brown color with a nice tan head that fades to some lacing. Aroma of malt sweetness, fruity, caramel swetness and bit of nut. Taste of mild caramel, sweetness, to uch of fruit and nut. Mils bitterness and a clean finish. Medium body with a decent balance. Nice beer for the style .
