Golden yellow, small white head. Grassy, plastic aroma. Medium-bodied. Some grassy hops, slightly unclean lager with some sourness.

(Bottled@HBF 2005) Pale golden color with a smallish head. Slightly buttery, stingy, quite original aroma (not very pleasant). Strangely chocolatey, low-malt, low-hop flavor. Light-bodied and quite carbonated palate. A light, quite unclean brew.

Hazy, honey light golden color. Not really characteristic of a lager. White, thin head. Not a whole bunch of carbonation. Light malty aroma with a little hop note. Light mouthfeel, almost like Fraoch, hints of heather maybe? Not a bad brew, refreshing.

Light yellow color with a small white head. A lighter less offensive version of their original.

After the last Kimmel I tried, I don’t know why I decided to try another, but the White cried out to me. I procede. Pours a cloudy light golden color with a head that turns into little wax islands floating on the top. Smells a bit like sourdough bread dough with a touch of light vinegar and goat cheese. Once again, rather complex. Tin, blood and a touch of caramel flavor, with a sharp bitterness in the finish that leads to a rather rusty vapid afterglow ending. I realy must stop my morosistic, masochistic, martyrdom with this brewery! My head hurts!

Golden coloured, rich head. Spicy aroma. Medium bodied, sweet, big funky cellar flavour.
