Low carbonation and med. body. Starts alittle sweet and malty. A touch of hops and a malty lingering finish. Woody with a sl. smokiness. Drops off quickly. Lubiere (3146), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Oct 24, 2006 Almost the same colour as the Red Dragon, a reddish more intense hue, with a thin creamy moka head. A nice caramle aroma with notes of figs and light berrie. In mouth, a restrained woody malt with fruity notes, light hopping an lighter bodied. On tap at the pub, with kprobst, Oct. 22 2006.
