Lubiere (3146), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Jan 4, 2006 On tap, July 17, 2005. Hazy golden ale with a thin white head. Light grassy malt with faint hops. Mid level malt with light hops, subdued by malt. A light harshness develops. Oily mouthfeel. Rastacouere (5202), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Jul 28, 2005 Hazy dark golden, nicely laced white head. Floral tartish nose, grapefruity and nicely biscuity. Fruity, orangey palate, soapy hops feel at the right place. Floral aromatics, but limited bitterness. Light carbonation brings flat edges, light bodied. CapFlu (3247), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Jul 22, 2005 (Draught) Sampled at King Arthur’s Steakhouse in Oswego, NY. Diminishing, white, frothy head with a clear, uncarbonated golden body. Nose is slightly butterscotch. Nice fizzy bitterness. More complex than the others though fairly basic.
