Commercial Description:
This, rich malty stout offers a velvety mouthfeel and pleasant coffee and chocolate aromas. Made with premium pale American malt, British crystal, chocolate carastan and Munich malt. Chinook, Cascade and Mt. Hood hops. aged for 12 weeks to give a complex well blended character.

Deep black in colour with a mika head. Aroma of chocolate and soy sauce. Sweet chocolate malt in mouth, with hoppy note and cold coffee. Medium bodied. On tap February 4, 2005.

Chocolate nose. Nice roasted malt/chocolate. Well done with the bitterness - just the right aboumt. Vaguely tingly finish. I had no idea that this was so strong when I was drinking it. Well done!
