| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Jun 28, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, yellow body with a respectably-sized, white head.
Smell: Pale maltiness, some light floral hints and minor notes of grapes, citrus, and the honey you’d find in a squeeze bottle shaped like a bear.
Taste: Smooth pale maltiness with a mild, restrained honeyish sweetness. A few drops of orange juice, a dash of white grape juice. Faintly floral hoppiness with a tremendously mild bitterness. Small pinch of acidity. Hint of white pepper. Drying, yeasty finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation. Odd, questionably chalky mouthfeel to it.
Drinkability: Not altogether horrendous, but make no mistake, it’s no Malheur Brut by any stretch of the imagination. Metalhead (570), Lake Zurich, Illinois, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 30, 2008 Straw color with a taller, foamy off-white head. Very pale malt, light fruit and slightly floral nose. A decent euro strong lager aroma. Actually that is not saying much. Pale malt sweetness starts, but is quickly pushed aside, by grains and alcohol. Hints of orange peel and resin reside underneath the alcohol. Reminds me of many a malt liquor with some white grapes and hay. I have to say that I think this starts to taste slightly better as it warms which is atypical of most high gravity pale lager. Still no champagne of beers to me. yespr (12020), Copenhagen O, Denmark
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 15, 2008 75 cL bottle, beautiful bottle with a nice print directly on the bottle. Pours slight cloudy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Dry bitterhops aroma with a mild cornish and citrus note. Smooth flavour with a light fruity accent and mild sweet corn note. Goes into a light bitterness in the finish - still matched with a nice sweet cornish and light citrus note. Good balance. BritAlesRule (84), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 9, 2008 A decent beer. Golden in color, aroma of fresh fruits, not cloying sweet. Spritzy mouthfeel. Dances on tongue, similar to some tripels. Dry. Light complexity. Again, a decent beer used as a welcomer before our Trappist tasting here in the Springs. Walt (2289), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Pours clear straw gold, hazy at the end of the bottle. Fairly clean and crisp, hops balance well, refreshing with a nice dry yeasty finish. Beerdedone (1879), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA
