(375 ml bottle from <A HREF=http://www.ratebeer.com/Place/maine/scarborou target=blank>Oak Hill Beverage) Not bad...Pours clear light yellow with a very tall somewhat foamy white head. Lightly malty (honeyish but not quite) and hoppy (slightly piney) aroma. Mouthfeel quite full, pretty smooth, not bad. Flavor is lightly sweet and malty (like aroma it is honeyish but not quite) with a medium bitterness overlaying with provides a nice little bite in the finish. Litle bit of an alcohol burn in the finish. Kind of like a heller bock. Nothing really remarkable but not much to complain about except slightly lacking in flavor.

750ml bottle from waitrose. canyfloss bananas pepper and alcohol. imagine all of this in a glass with a frothy head on top and voila! you got it. not bad even if it is a bit too strong for it’s own good.

Bottle 0.75 l. Hazy golden with firm head. Sweet fruity nose. Fruity, malty and a bit acidic flavor. Vanilla and cream maybe, yeast. Somewhat mixture of a lager and a belgian tripel. Interesting and surprisingly good food companion. Smooth and pleasant mouthfeel. Gets a bit boozy when warm.

Rule #1, if you are going to call your beer "King Cobra," make sure there is not a ghetto malt liquor that goes by the same name. Given that, this is not nearly that bad. Pours clear gold with lots of bubbles and a big white head. Grassy, floral, spun-sugar aroma. Corn syrup, grassy hops, and black pepper in the taste. Some sugary banana throughout. Not champagne, but decent.

Canned. Pale golden, brief head. Fruity nose. Sweet and thick. Fruit syrup and peppery alcohol is there. medium bodied with little substance and no bitterness. Drinkable for it’s size - but that’s about it.

375ml bottle. Slightly hazy gold, with a small white head. Sweet, floral aroma. Very sweet taste but the alcohol is well hidden. Smooth palate but could do with some dryness. Nice bottle though.

Hazy pale yelow colour with lively firm white head. Slight grassy hop aroma. Mild grassy tatse that hides the alcohol. Girlfriend would prefer Heinkein over this.

750 ml bottle, shared by DarkElf. Pours clear golden color with a large white foamy head. Somewhat grainy malts, with hints of belgian yeast character and floral notes. Sweet grainy malts in the flavor, a hint of lager soapiness, more of the slight belgian yeastiness lending a bit of bread and spice in the finish along with light floral hoppiness. Medium body, smooth and easy carbonation. Definitely interesting.
