yellow tan body with a white head. pear and apricot nose.this is dry and highly carbonated at first. this one really attacks my tongue. once i can taste something besides pain, this is straw, banana, and something melonish. not a whole lot except liquid cracker. 4 6 4 2 8

Posh Indian beer eh? Pours a clear pale yellow with no head what-so-ever if left for a few secs, the aroma is like sweet lager and the taste is smooth and sweet with a noticable alcohol kick but for me it just can’t cut it with the big boys.

Bottle. Pale gold colour with a huge white head. Light sweet malty and grainy aroma. Malt and alcohol in the taste. Grassy and gassey. Not a bad European Strong lager.

75 cl bottle. White head on a golden body. Not a very excititing taste, although malty, and strong alcohol that is not very well hidden. Not in my top ten.

hazy light golden with liny white head, notes of yeast, grain, some fruit and toffee. Flavour is sweet. Not much king nor cobra about it!

They can put this in a 750ml corked bottle and pretend its a classy beer but dress a pig up in perals and diamonds, and a pig is still going to be a pig . A buttery, sweet and malty strong Ghetto-style rocket juice. The booze is sharp and attacking . Spicy hops try to give you throat cancer. No way.

Quite fancy packaging for what is in effect a strong lager not so different from special brew and its ilk. I didnt really expect too much from this but as usual curiousity got the better of me. Initial impression is of alcohol with lots of fruity bits that often accompany this. As this fades some grassy hops appear and just as these start to become enjoyable the alcohol bashes them back down. Not too bad not too great and just slightly more refined than some of its brethren, it would be a well to do tramp passed out on a park bench loosely clutching a bottle of King Cobra.

Bottled 0,75 l (Alko Arkadia). Pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma of pear and leather. Quite light palate. Fizzy, Champagne-like carbonation. Pear, cardboard, corn in the flavor. Suprisingly watery for being 8%. Lame ESL, don’t give fancy bottle to fool you.
