COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our red ale or Amber ale has a medium body, is well balanced and finishes clean and smooth. Four different malts and Yakima valley hops are used in this satisfying ale.

Tap. Rich red/amber color and moderate head. Little lacing. Nothing stands out in the aroma department, the taste is slightly malty, a tinge metallic. This is a drinking beer, not for savouring. A good one to suggest for your dad who only drinks lagers.

Growler from the brewery. deep amber pour with a slight tan head. Aroma is a touch sweet and with a hint of malts. Slightly medicinal and a touch roasty on the back end. Solid

Poured an effervescent dark amber/red with a large creamy/fizzy off-white head. Somewhat subdued aroma of caramel, toffee, and a bit of grass hops. Flavor is quite deep and complex for a session beer, with notes of wheat bread, caramel, molasses, and a touch of orange citrus, leading to a fairly clean finish with a touch of dry toffee. Body feels somewhat thin and undercarbonated, making it the weakest point of the beer. Though it has its flaws, this session ale has some nice malt flavor that helps it stand out amongst other more mediocre craft sessions.

hazy amber body with a medium sized off-white head. The aroma is light cola, caramel, munich and grassy hops. The flavor is bready, caramel, golden raisins and slightly herbal. Medium/light body, with a soft, but solid texture and a slightly bitter end. Solid session.

Fairly clear red body, very thin off-white head. Cerealy, earthy aroma with hints of sweet caramely malt and toast. Soft, toasty body with light caramel and grassy hops. Slight bitterness in the finish. A bit undercarbonated for me, but the flavor is OK. Doesn’t have the strong "Cheerios" punch I look for in the style.

Poured a very dark amber color, aroma was subtle carmel and malt, head was a no show, taste showed some toasty malt and a little carmel, carbonation was a little lacking for the style. Pleasant enough session brew

Bottle: Light malty and nut aromas. Pours a dark transparent amber with an off-white head. Light malt up front with a sourness in the background. Finishes a touch on the sweet side. Very little hops. Decent for an amber.

Very watery...terrible mouthfeel....very faint taste of carmel and a little butterscotch that the style permits. Terrible looking beer....off red with no head.

From the clearance cart at Discount Liquor. Red amber with a thin gray head that vanished. Mild aroma of sweet toffee malt and dough. Flavor is more of the same with a light bitterness throughout. Medium bodied with very little carbonation. Really not that bad as a session beer but I might not be saying that if I had paid full price.
