We’ve decided to make 2013 the year of good and evil. Figuring it best to start off on the right foot, our first seasonal/specialty beer is a Belgian Abbey Ale known as "Holy Water". "Once reserved for Clergy...now available to you!" =) Despite coming in at 8.0% ABV it is surprisingly smooth and elegant with subtle fruit and bubblegum aromas, and with just a touch of Belgian character.

Growler thanks to Savnac: Poured burnt orange with a white fast dissipating head. Aroma is fruit and strong yeast. The taste was slightly thin with more fruit and yeast that also had a warming feel.
