COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You will experience a hop symphony when drinking King Street’s IPA. A pronounced but pleasant tangerine and passion fruit aroma opens the door for a complex mix of orange, grapefruit, floral and spicy flavors that come in waves. This beer finishes clean and its medium body leaves you ready to enjoy another.

Draught at the brewery. Pours hazy gold with a medium, frothy white head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy citrus and fruity hops, cracker malt and pear esters. Flavor is moderate citrus and fruity hops, cracker malt and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Draft at the source. Hazy yellow color, thick bright white head. Peery, fruity aroma. Taste has pineapple and bitter tropical fruit. Tasty.

Can at home thanks to Andy! Pours a hazy copper, head flashes and becomes a thin lacy film. Aroma is earthy, a bit of grain, faint fruitiness and light citrus. Toast. Taste is grain, lightly sweet, a bit of citrus, lightly bitter. The sweetness here seems artificial and derails this. Medium body, medium carbonation. Average to below average.

Can. Head is initially average sized, frothy/fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is dark yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), with a strong note of diacetyl, other notes of perfume and plastic. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Wow...how on earth did this brewery make Irish Gael (and Nobility and Portage)? This is undrinkably horrible.

16oz tall boy thanks to AkAndy! Decided to drink this from the can due to the cool 360 pop top. Appears to be a darker golden color with some white foam. Aroma of older citrus, caramel, and some bready malts. Taste of old citrus, grass, lemon zest, caramel malt, and bread crust. Definitely not getting a lot of the aromas and flavors in the description. Drinkable nonetheless

16 oz can. Hazy amber-gold hue. Some grassy nose notes. Dulled earthy-hoppy taste. Medium to full body and moderate carbonation.

9 July 2015, tap at King St. Brewery. Dirty yellow. Nose is bitter grassy hops. Med body and mildly fizzy. Slightly sweet and bitter slinky grass. Ok.

Amazing IPA when fresh at the brewery. Sadly these guys don’t "travel" real well.

On tap at Humpy’s. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a nice looking hazy orange to brown color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute leaving some light lacing roaming here and there. The smell had a good sticky citrus bitterness to it. Light piney - ness enters in as it warmed. The taste was basically the same as the smell. Light sweet piney aftertaste lead to a dry sweet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was good for me and for the style. Overall, I say this was a pretty good AIPA that I could do again.

Good looking beer but not much flavor. Interesting can design, the whole top comes off so its like drinking out of a glass.
