COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our second seasonal of 2013. This chocolate coconut porter was infused with both organic coconut and cocoa nibs to create a smooth velvety chocolate indulgence that is balanced by a subtle roasted coconut aroma and flavor. Its the perfect treat for this time of the year that promises to help you enjoy "the good life."

Draft: Poured a dark oily brown with a tan color head. Aroma is strong chocolate, light vanilla and coconut. Taste was rich chocolate and malt, hints of coconut that were lively and not overbearing to the beer. So good I had a second pint!

This also goes by chocolate coconut porter. Growler pour. Opaque bittersweet brown, skiff of chocolate milk foam that dissapears. Aroma Chocolate cherries yeast and yes, faint coconut. Flavor is chocolate drip coffee, and yeah, a faint roasty nuttiness. Mouthfeel is average for a porter. Overall this is good for a chocolate beer, mildly sweet, faintly bitter, slightly acid, and quite drinkable.

savnac (2391) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - FEB 9, 2013
Draft @ King St. Dark brown, near black with a foamy tan head. Aroma is lots of chocolate with hints of coconut/nuts, caramel and coffee. Flavor of rich chocolate malt, nutty, sweet malt and lightly fruity. Medium to full body with a smooth, creamy mouth feel. Good rich porter, the coconut comes out as it warms, a bit on the sweet side.
