This Belgian inspired winter warmer has subtle notes of chocolate, raisin, dried fruit and spice, is balanced in its flavors, and pairs excellently with holiday food and cold winter nights!

Growler. Clear dark brown with a fizzy beige head that fades to a ring. Aroma of dark fruit, toffee, ginger, peppercorn and some clove. Flavor of toffee malt, fruity esters and zesty spice, no alcohol taste. Medium body with a slick mouth feel. This one got better as it warmed to room temperature, not overly spiced and not much Belgian yeast character but a really nice beer.
