341 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear orange with tiny white head. Aroma is toasty cereal grains with a hint of caramel and fruit. Flavour same toasty cereal grains with more caramel and fruity sweetness. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel. Decent, but a cut below their Pilsner and Dark

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pale amber pour with a white, bubbly head. The aroma is great. Clean, fresh vienna malt with a subtly floral hop nose. Crisp and clean with a touch of minerally character on the finish. Subtle malt sweetness but the beer has a nice drying finish. Nice blend of sweet malt and a bit of light toast as well. There’s a little bit of soft herbal character as well with a little bit of light lingering vienna malt on the finish. A damn solid vienna actually.

2.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle. Light chestnut appearance. Enlivening aromas of strawberry and plum plus a vague chocolate background. Surprisingly bready flavour profile lacks refreshment, ending the bottle in disappointment.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Beer Bistro.
Appearance : Clear amber with medium foamy white head.
Aroma : Nice malt with light citrusy hops. Nice fruity notes.
Taste : Nice fruits with nice malt and light citrusy hops. Finish malty and citrusy with light fruits.
Overall : Nothing fancy but malt is quite nice. Chewy and bready. Hops are also nice. I don’t really get why the ratings are so low... I guess I love this style. Really drinkable and refreshing. Quaffable!

2.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
341mL bottle from the Lickbow singles bin. Nice to see such a new product reduced to the poor lonely singles bin. Pours a golden copper with a small beige head. Aroma is about as exciting as, um, er, uh, okay so the aroma isn’t much beyond some faint hints of malt. Flavour has some mild Munich caramalts, with a weird creamy and perfumey finish. Watery palate with moderate carbonation that I had to kill off by swirling my glass. Seems kind of like a macro to be honest, but a macro done well with the proper ingredients. Like the beer so many awful macro breweries are describing in their marketing while selling you yellow pissy fizz. Enjoyable despite being incredibly bland, glad I didn’t spring for a sixer.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
341 ml bottle from LCBO via my brother, served cold in a tulip glass.
App.: Clear amber with a decent light tan meringue.
Aroma: Bread, light biscuit, hay, grass, wheat/grain/cereal, light fruitiness and caramel notes, decent.
Palate: Medium body, moderate effervescence.
Flav.: More fruitiness and caramel than the nose, bread crust, decent malts, a bit of British earthy/nuttiness, very little in the way of hop notes, nice for style; dry with minimal bitterness and a pleasant light caramel, bread crust, slightly sweet-tasting finish.
Viennas are not exciting. This one is well-made though.
