From the bottle, clear orange in colour with a nice sustained head. Aroma, is slightly floral with some hop and malt. I don’t have too much experience with Vienna Lager’s, but this one is rather nice.

2010-08-21. Crisp copper amber body with a small beige head. 3+ Very mild aroma, mild malt has a lightly toasty character to it. 6+ Flavour is similar, mild malt character with very light bitterness. Average to light palate. Okay, but I found it quite mild today. On tap at Beer Bistro, Toronto

341 ml bottle from LCBO via my brother, served cold in a tulip glass.

App.: Clear amber with a decent light tan meringue. Aroma: Bread, light biscuit, hay, grass, wheat/grain/cereal, light fruitiness and caramel notes, decent. Palate: Medium body, moderate effervescence. Flav.: More fruitiness and caramel than the nose, bread crust, decent malts, a bit of British earthy/nuttiness, very little in the way of hop notes, nice for style; dry with minimal bitterness and a pleasant light caramel, bread crust, slightly sweet-tasting finish.

Viennas are not exciting. This one is well-made though.

341 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear orange with tiny white head. Aroma is toasty cereal grains with a hint of caramel and fruit. Flavour same toasty cereal grains with more caramel and fruity sweetness. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel. Decent, but a cut below their Pilsner and Dark.

Draft sample. Dark gold with medium carbonation. Aromas are of toasted malts and nuts. A bit malty sweet in the mouth, but gets nutty on the back end. A touch of herbal hop on the finish. Clean finishing. Basic, but not too bad.

341ml bottle. Poured into pilsner glass; no head...only small lacing. Pretty orange-gold colour though (Lovibond 12/13). Scent is present but I can't define it. Not unpleasant. The taste is actually very unique! It starts like a typical lager but the finish rounds out to this vibrant metallic sweetness that really satisfies a thirst. Palate is soft. Watery. Good beer!

Got from discovery pack 341ml bottle. Orangish amber color pour, with some lacing and foam head. Caramel, fruity, little hoppy, smooth overall, very good palate. Hmm surprise from the discovery pack not a bad beer.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2012 341ml brown bottle. Gold and clear in the glass. The head is large and white with decent lace rings. Nose has sweet malt with some light fruitiness. Taste is fairly clean, grassy notes, grain and light bread, light caramel. Finish has light grains and grassy bite. Light body with medium carb. Overall light and drinkable, but I prefer their Pils.

Sample at Picaroon's Brewer's Bash. Simple Vienna, caramel malt and a little bread. Crisp lager body. Basic, but good at what it does. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

as usual King makes a nice version, nothing bad about it, but nothing really stands out. amberish color some foam dissapears quick. nose is grassy and somewhat sweet. flavor is similar. also found the mouthfeel a tad thin.
